Palice Property Group

Since its formation in 1991, Palice Property Group has undertaken approximately $50 million of property development projects. Paul Stubber, builder and developer with 20 experience owns the company.

The advantage presented by Palice Property Group is its financial strength. Palice Property Group selects a financial partner to acquire and hold a property but uses its own financial resources for redevelopment and construction.

Palice Property Group have been included in many award initiatives by WA State and Local government, ranging from Grouped Housing to the most recent for the refurbishment of an office complex contributing to the Street Scape of Belmont.

Palice Property Group takes the highest level of pride in development projects. Buildings have the highest standard of aesthetic appeal, with many being recognised with design awards, such as Bookland in Perth and Zipform in Canning Vale. While aesthetics are given a high priority Palice Property Group thoroughly understand the commercial viability required for commercial and industrial projects. Building life expectancy and ongoing maintenance are given due consideration to underpin maximum capital growth on the property.

Palice Property Group are proud to be supporting the Clayton Pyne Racing team in their campaign of the 2006 Fujitsu V8 Supercar Series. Owner of Palice Property Group Paul Stubber is no stranger to the Motorsport scene having driven many different race cars over the years. Paul has been involved with the Clayton Pyne Racing team in previous Series Championships including the National Formula Ford Series in seasons 2003/4. Having seen the dedication and professionalism of the team, Palice Property Group has again formed a pivotal relationship with Clayton Pyne Racing to enter the V8 Supercar fray.
